While customer satisfaction is important to us, due to the nature of our products, we cannot allow returns unless an item has been found defective. If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately to let us know so we can quickly rectify the issue. We strive to only offer high quality products and inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality.
Defective Merchandise Policy
While we typically do not give refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our items in cases where an item is received damaged we are happy to assist by providing an exchange of the item for a undamaged item or in some cases a refund.
If you receive your order and it is in some way defective or damaged at the time you open/unpack it we ask that you contact us immediately within 48 hrs. If you delay any longer in contacting us this will be considered as an acceptance of your items and will not be able to assist you.
Please include your full name, mailing address, email, and order number. You must also provide us with proof of damage upon delivery in the form of photos of the damage, as well as an explanation of how it is damaged in the case it is not clear in the image alone.
We will contact you upon receiving your message to provide you with return instructions.
Moonshine80 does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns but we recommend using a trackable and/ or insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.
We will send you an email as soon as your return has been received and is processed. In order for us to provide you with and exchange or refund the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived and unused if we determine it has been used or that the damage occurred due to improper handling we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.
